My password wasn’t automatically saved when I signed up. So I couldn’t get back in after I had logged out. I sent a request for a password reset, but it never came. This was during my one week free trial, so I needed to be able to access my account if I was going to be charged monthly for it. I had to go on a search for a way to contact these people, and when I found a contact email, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel like a liar. The agent was a real jerk, and instead of sending me a reset email, he kept putting me off with bogus requests and insinuating that I was being dishonest. I finally got back into my account on my own. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.Update: June 29, 2018. This update is a response to an email you sent me a few days ago. Did you read my review? I clearly stated that I resolved the issue by myself and got back into my account on my own. It doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t send me a reset email to start with. And it doesn’t change the way I was disrespected. I solved my issue by myself, on my own and now I would suggest you take a serious look at your own issues that caused this problem to begin with.Update: July 5, 2018. Thank you for your last email. Other than this incident with your rep, I really do enjoy this app, and can spend hours working on a project.

Just to get this straight, PicsArt is an AMAZING app!!!!!! It’s so simple!!! Or I’m just a quick learner ? But anywho, it’s very... I can’t really explain it.. :I But I just got this app to make my profile picture! Then I saw people started following me! Many people would use my stickers too! No joke. And I was glad that it was MY stickers so many people probably don’t do this but every time someone uses my sticker or remixes my picture (btw it tells the sources too! :0), so I always thank them c: {} I would say that PicsArt is the most simple and outstanding app for edits! (As in pictures! x3) Also, THERE IS NO BUGS! The ads may tick me off like when my phone rotated the screen! (Yes, ik you can lock it but I’m lazy ok?) Check your device or something! TIP WITH THE ADS: when you do an edit you just a couple of seconds to see if there is any ads. When you’re done with the ad, then wait a bit for the pop up saying: “Premium ad free (etc)” then you start! This might sound like it takes forever because the text is long but... Have you ever heard of: Never Judge A Book My It’s Cover? I bet you have and understand :) bai bai

This app is really great and has taught me amany things about editing and I think I’m becoming really good haha. I haven’t been using this app long, but I downloaded because two people I’m close to recommended I get it, when I first got it everything worked perfectly and I was having so much fun! But suddenly the button to make a sticker disappeared. It didn’t happen to my two friends and they’ve had the app longer than me, so I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not. At first I thought maybe you took away that feature and made it premium feature only, by when my friends stated that it didn’t happen to them and that they didn’t buy a subscription, I got confused. I still am. I don’t understand where the button went, but if it is a premium feature I don’t understand why I’m the only person who doesn’t have the button. I’d like to know if this is just a glitch on my device or if it’s a feature I now have to pay for if I want to use it. Though I probably won’t since I wouldn't pay for only one feature. I’d just like to know what’s happened.
