After being dropped from my previous banking provider whose name will not be mentioned...it’s one of the big ones...for no reason at all (and I mean none. I had a positive balance that still has not been returned to me, i never had a delinquent balance or any other problems with them and they literally told me that they did not have to give me a reason for closing my account!) Anyway, I found myself looking for another bank who could help me out with their banking services which was a difficult task because my divorce left me with a terrible history due to my ex’s activity with our joint accounts. Discouraged and without hope, wondering how I would pay my bills that required a checking account for bill pay and wondering how I would receive my disability deposit from the feds, I found an ad about Capital One’s 360 checking account for people in my exact situation. I called, without much positive expectation but did so because at this point the worst that could happen would be another door slammed in my face. I spoke with an Angel named Andrea...clouds part...cherubs sing and a feeling of hope is restored in my beaten soul! She saved me, more than simple banking services can. She restored in me the confidence to weather this storm and see my present situation to the other side where certainly better days await. Thank you Andrea, thank you Capital One. You guys rock!
I love this app, every other credit/bank company should hire this developer and let them implement the same concepts. Best and smartest option is to have multiple profiles to sign in to different accounts. I don't need to erase and retype account information from mine to my wife's to my mother's, to whoever finances you're managing. It memorizes it and let you sign in with ease. Best option hands down! This app all around is very well designed, easy to switch between cards, easy to find your interest rate on purchases and cash advances, statements. Some credit card apps don't even have that information available, can't find it on Chase app, it's ancient, doesn't even have Touch ID. TD Bank app doesn't have Touch ID. It's been 3 years since we got fingerprint option on iPhone/iPads, are those companies just enjoying ripping us off with high interests that's all? They can't even provide well developed app so that we can see our debt in full light? Another great option CapOne provides with this app is Creditwise, it's not just showing you your credit scores, it actually gives you full credit report, with all your accounts, amounts and other financial slavery information ;) Well, all I can say, capital one delivered with this app, I'm happy some businesses are about customers. Thank you!
