Before recently starting WW I was counting calories and while l like the point system better, I find creating and making recipes more difficult because the weight options seem based on the package’s servings and are limited. When making a meatloaf, for example, I am not happy having to measure the breadcrumbs by the only choice of Tbsps. Typically I would shake in at least a quarter cup or cup and to have to count the tbsps in a cup is time consuming and tedious. I would use grams or cups or ounces but those aren’t options. I have a scale so I really think we should be able to choose grams, ounces, ml, tbsps or tsps or cups for ALL the foods so we can have more accuracy. As the person who left a review above me said, the selection for “one “serving” of multiple “servings” isn’t accurate at home making a recipe or a restaurant. Also, sometime I either choose to have more or less of a food so I weigh it out and get the amount of grams or ounces that I am going to eat. Then I go into that food and I try to put in the exact amount of grams or ounces I have, but those measurements aren’t an option. Instead it says “package” or “serving” or “container”. Well what if I am having 55 grams of the container? How do I track that when grams isn’t an option? I just think to make it easier on everyone, make all the foods have all those options to choose from.
WW program with use of this app has truly changed my life for the way better! Love this program, but I agree with a few other members with all these updates that continue to change the layout which is annoying. 1) top area of app is too narrow when trying to select to type in the "search food & activity" and the "scanner"2) when on Connect wish could access the "trending" "new" "following" at any point without having to scroll all the way back to the top, we were able to access at any point before upgrades3)for some reason when trying to access my food "favorites", does not load all items that I have added, stops loading items when reaches the "W's" and I continually have to rescan or use the search food.4) it’s annoying when the app is fine and then changes are made on items that do not need to be changed making it more difficult to use instead of user friendly, like before used to be able to select a time of day (Morning,noon,evening icon) to enter food item, if I wasn’t able to enter at time of eating, and now it wants to default to current time of day at time I’m at entering food data and I have to go back and reset each time and there are other app changes that are just making it more time consuming to use
