Buy Newsday every day when home. Don't get home delivery for security reasons. Could always check up on news when traveling. Now not possible. Understand newspapers' need for revenue from content but seems some condensed version could be free to all. That is what the New York Times does. The problem is the ownership. They have always tried to use power to get what they want. E.g. They won't let the channels that carry Islander games be available in HD if you are a Fios subscriber. Old man Dolan was greedy and smart. The son is just greedy. Enough said.Would now rate it OK. I now can get it on line since I am an Optimum customer. Biggest issue now is that it tends to crash a lot.
