Alright so I’ve used the app for awhile now after the last update and haven’t had any problems with it. Everything is smooth and I haven’t had any bugs. I love the app I think it is amazing the way it is I feel like my browsing is quick and secure. Now, I support the app fully and would honestly like this to be the only browser that I use. I use it a lot but there’s still one thing I’d like to see if you guys can do if/when you’re ready. I’d like to be able to download things and use DuckDuckGo with other apps instead of having to “open in safari”. I know people would like the page they were on to open right up in safari but I don’t wanna have to leave your app at all I like it a lot more than safari and would love to replace it entirely with DuckDuckGo. ??

The latest update adds some really nice features such as being able to clear tabs and data with one click, add bookmarks, etc. Performance with the new update is slower than the previous version for me. I updated to the most recent version of iOS and added a VPN app at the same time, so I'm not sure what is causing the slower performance.Update to my review - I just downloaded the newest version of Duck Duck Go, and performance is now back to normal. The developer resolved the performance issue in just a couple of days. I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars.DDG continues to get better with each update. However, I preferred the location of the search field in the middle of the screen rather than at the top.

I used their old app for years when I didn’t want a bunch of search nonsense left in my browser history for when I look up trivial things on my phone—which is frequently. New version is streamlined. If you’re looking for a “privacy browser” keep in mind that (no matter what browser you use) your internet service provider can still track what pages you request through this app, as well as your network admin (if you’re at work or school, etc.)—unless you have a VPN. But none of this is DDG’s fault. They do a nice job, and if you’re wondering how they stack up to Google, I’ve used them as my default on all platforms for several years. I very rarely go elsewhere for my searches.
