If this is the future of digital viewing, I want off. Problem is, I have already invested so much money into this format. Here are my problems:-no easy to use offline mode-no skip forward and back features and the pause button is poorly placed. Double tapping the screen for this is standard in all your competitors players. Don’t understand why we don’t have a skip feature at all.-no way to purchase in the app. If you want people to use the app so you can continue to make money, give us a way to buy movies there.-no sort of rewards for using your platform. I dig the “free” movies, but if I’m streaming all of my movies thru your servers, and bringing you revenue, I expect a little bit of kickback for my loyalty. It doesn’t even have to be a free copy of a movie, but maybe access to ad-free movies? Or a coupon to buy one of your movies thru your platform at discount? -I would love to see a way to get digital copies placed on disc, for a small fee similar to disc to digital. I don’t mind if they have robust DRM built into them, or even if you can only do it in standard quality. I’d love to have my movies archived somewhere so I don’t lose out on my purchases.Again, overall, decent app. I use it pretty much every day. Please listen to your customers. You are on to something here, and we want to support the digital purchase model over streaming services.

I had an account and bought 90$ worth of movies. One day i went to go back into my app and all my movies were gone. I logged out thinking its not a big deal. When i tried to log back in they wouldn't let me just kept popping up an error. Then i decided to get a new account. I got a new one and made sure i only watch the free ones. Not wasting my money like that again. And now the movies only play audio with a black screen. Sure the ads and trailers run just fine. But the movies only play audio. I once loved this app, but there has been majour flaws lately. If they could fix these bug issues in an update once again, i think my satisfaction would bump up this app to 4 stars. Bc they still have a great movie selection, and wonderful performance with easy to work movies. :)
